It’s hard to be a kid. Children today face more challenges than previous generations. In many cases, they need more help than even the most loving of families can provide. Youth Resources is a counseling program for children, adolescents and their families who are experiencing mental health concerns. These concerns may include:
Situational stress
Behavior problems
Emotional problems
Depression and anxiety
Social problems
School-related problems
Family/relationship problems
Hyperactivity
Anger, oppositional or defiant behavior
Adjustment to foster home or other out-of-home placement
Physical or sexual abuse
Our staff of psychiatrists, social workers and counselors can help. They will assess your child’s needs and develop a treatment plan tailored to the needs of the child and family.
SBHI is partially funded by the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board for
Montgomery County
and the Preble County Mental Health and Recovery Board.
